Sourdough Whole Grain Tortillas - TACO NIGHT!
If you’re sick of rubbery tortillas and pre-made taco seasoning filled with high sodium levels and corn starch, this class will bring your taco night to a whole other level of health and flavor!
Join Living Bread Baker in the Gut Check Nutritional Therapy kitchen as we learn how to make sourdough whole grain tortillas with ancient grains, native to our region of the country! Jenny from Living Bread Baker will also be sharing her coveted Mexican Seasoning recipe that is all organic and free of gluten, corn, soy, and other additives. We will demonstrate how to make flavorful guacamole and seasoned grass fed ground beef with this delicious spice blend.
All participants will be taking home a bottle of Mexican Seasoning we mix in class as well as instructions to make the recipes at home.
Price is $70 per person. Class is from 6:30-8:30pm.
