Join us in learning to make delicious healthy condiments that your whole family will love while getting the additional punch of probiotics. We will be demonstrating how to make the following condiments from scratch by choosing the finest ingredients and transforming them into these amazing condiments that your family will want to eat by the spoonful:

ketchup, mayo, salsa, pickles, and hot sauce

In this class we will be taking volunteers in cutting, chopping, blending and tasting the ferments with a variety of great foods, so come hungry! You will receive these amazing recipes, so you can confidently make them at home.

About your instructor: Nadia Granchukoff loves all things food and food projects. When her husband got sick and needed a change, she did a deep dive into what was actually in the “food” they were eating. After making big changes she realized that food can be the greatest medicine. Join her as she shares her favorite recipes and approach to clean eating.
