Jun 11 - Herbal Salves for First Aid [6:30 PM]

Learn about the ancient ways of preserving herbs for use in first aid, skin health, skin rashes, inflammations, and everyday moisturizing. We will cover the basics of making herbal oils. You will receive recipes for making herbal oils with dried plant material. We will go through the process of making a salve out of an herbal oil, and you will go home with a small sample of the salve we make in class.

About your instructor:

Stella grew up on a homestead and lived close to the rhythms of nature since childhood. Stella has always loved the magic of nature and the magic of herbal medicine. She has studied clinical western herbalism and makes her own herbal remedies. Stella is enthusiastic about sharing this knowledge with others so we can all live as connected to nature as possible and use the medicine of the Earth to support our innate vitality.
