Hi, I’m Stacey Maedge and I’m a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner that’s ready to take you on a 6-week journey to transform your busy, tired, and overwhelmed mom life into a more streamlined, healthy, empowered lifestyle. After working with countless moms through seeing clients one on one and through cooking classes, I’ve developed a program called Clean It Up! that will do just that. Imagine how great it will feel to put a healthy meal on the table each night that doesn’t start with you spending hours prepping in the kitchen each night. Imagine a life where your pantry and fridge are full of clean replacements for the junk food your family loves. Imagine having more energy and time to spend with your kiddos. I spent years exhausted and overwhelmed and knew that I needed to clean up my act with food. I had horrible digestive issues, zero energy, and watched my kids start to venture down the very same path. I discovered the power of REAL FOOD and my life changed for the better!

Clean It Up! is all about simple ways to help moms clean up their acts - with nutrition, cooking, personal hygiene products, house cleaning supplies, the family medicine cabinet, and more.  I’ve been there and have spent years learning how to clean up our household of toxic foods and products and how to cook in bulk 2-3 times a week so I don’t have to reinvent the wheel each evening (or order take-out!).

I want to help other busy moms - like you - that are interested in doing the same (without having to figure it all out on their own!).  I’ve done this in my one-on-one practice for years but I’m finally bringing it to the masses with this course!

I’m here to help YOU achieve better health for yourself and your family and to teach you how to tackle that with time and energy to spare. 

Time and Energy:

Let’s get you some time and energy back! I’ll teach you how to quickly Batch Cook lots of nutritious dishes that are all mix and matchable come dinner time. This way, your family can pick and choose what they want, you aren’t stuck being a short order cook, and everyone still eats dinner together. This is a HUGE time saver for those busy weeknights that are full of sports practices and homework. There is truly no better feeling than knowing you’ve got lots of healthy dinner options for the family when 4pm hits, which is probably when panic sets in for you on a daily basis now because you don’t have a clue what you’re going to make for dinner!


There is SO much information out there about nutrition and diet.  Some good, some not so good. But, what I hear from clients is always the same…”There’s just too much info to try to sort through and I’m so confused and scared to eat ANYTHING anymore!’ You guys, I get it and I’m here to tell you it’s going to be ok.  Let’s just take a breath and realize that it all just boils down to eating REAL FOOD. I’m not talking about counting macros, trying to stay in Ketosis, choking down celery juice daily or eating only what cavemen ate.  That’s not sustainable or even realistic. We’re moms and we’ve got so many things to juggle as it is, that trying to keep up with dietary trends just isn’t in the cards. Plus, our kids are picky...right? 

If you’ve wanted to clean things up in your house but are scared to transition your picky eaters (kids and perhaps the hubby!), trust me! I have found the garbage food healthy replacements through YEARS of scouring grocery stores and trying products and recipes out on my own kids.  I have been teaching Moms how to batch cook real food for years and the results are’s simple, nutritious, and delicious and THE BEST way to avoid the take-out give-in!

So, hear this - give yourself permission to loosen the reigns a bit and simplify.  REAL FOOD. It’s not that difficult of a concept, yet as a society, we’ve REALLY complicated it!

REAL FOOD just means eating more from your fridge than you do from your pantry.  Most of your food shouldn’t even come with an ingredient label, and if it does, you should be able to PRONOUNCE everything in the list of ingredients! If you can’t pronounce an ingredient in your food, how can you expect your body to recognize it as food?

Toxic Junk Overhaul:

In the next 6 weeks, I’ll walk you through a pantry clean out, a fridge clean out, a medicine cabinet clean out, hygiene product clean out (think makeup, deodorant, tampons, lotions, etc.), and even a cleaning supply clean out! I keep it simple and show you my favorite products that my family and I use on a daily basis.

How do you start?

The course is a 6 week online course done in small groups. When you sign up, you’ll have access to all of the video modules to watch in order, at your convenience. We’ll have weekly Facebook Live Q&A sessions, some of which will be extra cooking demonstrations, and you’ll even get a weekly one-on-one call with me to keep you on track and feeling 100% supported.
